Personal Training
Improving your physical performance related to strength, flexibility, and endurance needed for everyday activities and participation with sports and fitness events.

Circuit Training 
Designed to improve overall fitness and decrease risk of injury while improving overall health profile. Ideal for developing strength, endurance (aerobic and anaerobic) and coordination.  A great time saver, it can be a refreshing and fun change from the more monotonous types of exercise. It typically consists of 20 exercise stations complete for 60 seconds, two times at each station, in sequence.
These classes allow each participant to perform repetitions at each station at their own pace, making it perfect for all levels of fitness.
Our Certified Personal Trainer, Jackie Dirkschneider, has worked closely with the physical therapists here at Complete Physical Therapy to make these exercises safe and appropriate to perform on a daily basis.

One-on-One Wellness
Exercise programming and instruction focused on improving your health profile including weight loss, lowering blood pressure, decreasing cholesterol levels, and decreasing risk of disease.

Fitness Evaluation
A fitness evaluation consists of a pre-participation health screening, sub-maximal cardiovascular exercise test, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility and body composition tests. A Personal Trainer will collect baseline and follow-up data that allow evaluation of progress and motivate by establishing attainable goals by providing feedback and accountability to clients.

Fitness Re-Evaluation
A re-evaluation of your initial fitness evaluation to assess the progress you have made with your health and wellness.
